Send Later (Delayed Delivery)
Drafting an email late on a Sunday night? Click the dropdown arrow next to the Send button and select Send Later:
- Preset Times: Choose “Tomorrow at 9:00 AM” or “Monday morning”.
- Custom Delivery:Pick any future date and time in your client's timezone.
- Queue Management: Scheduled messages rest safely in your
DRAFTSfolder and can be edited or cancelled anytime before transmission.
Snooze Conversations
Hide conversations from your active inbox until you're ready to address them:
Time-Based Wake Up
Hide a thread until tomorrow, next week, or a specific calendar date. It reappears at the top of your inbox automatically.
Remind Only If No Reply
Snooze a proposal email for 3 days. If the client replies before then, the thread wakes up immediately; if not, it reminds you to follow up.
1x1 Stealth Read Receipts
When you enable Track Opens on an outbound email, GN-Apex embeds an invisible 1x1 tracking pixel:
- Instant Notification: Receive an in-app ping the moment the recipient opens your email.
- Device & Location:View the recipient's approximate city and device type (e.g. “Opened on iPhone in Dar es Salaam”).
Link Click Telemetry
When Track Clicks is enabled, links inside your email are securely wrapped. You receive real-time alerts showing which links were clicked and how many times your attachments were downloaded.
