The Sign-Up & Onboarding Flow
Creating a new workspace takes less than two minutes:
Enter your official work email and choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters).
Check your inbox for a verification code. Enter the 6 digits on screen to activate your account. The code expires in 15 minutes for your protection.
Add your name, profile photo, and job title so your teammates can identify you across project comments and shared inboxes.
Name your organization (e.g. Kipazi Foods Ltd) and pick your operational workspace mode (General, Education, Non-Profit, or E-Commerce).
Automated Account Safeguards
Your account is protected around the clock by these built-in systems:
Email Verification Codes
6-digit verification codes protect every new account creation and team invitation to prevent unauthorized access.
New Device Sign-In Alerts
Get an immediate email alert with device, browser, and approximate location details whenever your account is accessed from a new computer or phone.
5-Attempt Lockout Protection
Repeated incorrect passwords trigger a 15-minute freeze and an alert email with options to reset your password immediately.
Active Device Management
View all active computers and phones logged into your account in Settings → Security, and disconnect any unfamiliar sessions with one click.
5-Attempt Security Lockout
To protect against password guessing tools, entering an incorrect password 5 times in a row automatically locks your account for 15 minutes.
Password Recovery
If you ever forget your password, click Forgot Password? on the login screen at /login. A secure, single-use reset link will be sent to your email. The link remains valid for 1 hour and automatically terminates all other active logins once your new password is set.
