Compliance Verification Levels
Capabilities are unlocked progressively based on your operational scale and verification status:
Unverified
The default state. Basic website building and testing are enabled, but outbound mass communications and live payment checkouts remain locked to prevent fraud.
Director Identity
Requires a National ID (NIDA) or Passport. Unlocks custom domain linking, standard email hosting, and live analytics tracking.
Corporate Verification
Requires a TIN Certificate and Business License (BRELA). Unlocks mobile money payments (M-Pesa), bank card gateways, and Nexus Shield™ protection.
Institutional Trust
Subject to manual regulatory audit. Unlocks massive daily SMS/WhatsApp broadcast limits and dedicated IP pools for high-volume email deliverability.
The Private Secure Vault
Unlike public media assets (such as logos and blog images) which are served globally via our CDN, compliance documents never touch the public internet.
All identity cards, business certificates, and financial filings are isolated inside a dedicated AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2 bucket configured strictly for Private Read/Write. Authorized workspace owners and platform auditors access these files via expiring 15-minute, cryptographically signed URL tokens.
Submitting Verification Documents
From your dashboard, go to Organization Settings → Compliance.
Fill in the primary Director's full legal name, identification type (Passport or NIDA), and upload a clear, uncropped photo of the document.
Upload PDF or high-resolution image copies of your Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation.
Our audit team reviews submissions within 24 to 48 business hours. Upon successful audit, your workspace compliance status elevates to VERIFIED.
Regulatory Data Privacy (DSAR)
Compliance doesn't stop at onboarding. GN-Apex includes built-in tools to fulfill regulatory Data-Subject Access Requests (DSAR) mandated by global privacy laws like GDPR.
