ApexMail provides full-featured business email hosting natively integrated into your GN-Apex workspace:
Custom Domain Mailboxes
Create custom email addresses using any verified domain connected to your organization (e.g. contact@yourbrand.com).
Temporary Password Delivery
Admins never see passwords. A secure temporary password is generated and emailed directly to the assigned team member.
Modern Webmail & Mobile Sync
Access your inbox via our fast browser Webmail interface or configure standard IMAP/SMTP on Apple Mail, Outlook, and Thunderbird.
Personal Address Book
Manage business contacts, VIP clients, and partner cards with automated contact resolution on inbound emails.
Provisioning Custom Mailboxes
Go to Organization Settings → ApexMail → Mailboxes and click Provision Mailbox. Select which of your verified domains to use.
Enter the local username (e.g. support or john) and choose whether this is a Personal Mailbox (assigned to a teammate) or a Shared Mailbox (departmental inbox).
The system generates a high-entropy single-use password and emails full setup instructions directly to the assigned user.
