The rules of engagement for the NexusHub grid — six clauses, each printed in full alongside a plain-English note in the margin, the way our own counsel reads it back to us.
Access & Accounts
To access the GN-Apex infrastructure, node registration is explicitly required. You agree to provide accurate cryptographic verification. You bear unconditional responsibility for access hygiene and credential masking. NexusHub reserves unilateral authority to throttle or suspend instances violating network ecosystem thresholds.
"You must be 18+. Keep your password safe. Developers: you agree to our vetting. Clients: you maintain full IP over your generated assets and deployments."
Billing & Subscriptions
Operational availability metrics are actively metered for billing parameters. Subscription pipelines auto-execute. Should primary or fallback payment topologies deny authorization, affected web/app instances seamlessly migrate to a 14-day Read-Only (R-O) grace epoch before final cache evaporation.
"Fixed at $70 for dev tiers, scaling computationally from $1.50/mo. If payment rails decline, nodes sit pending for 14-days before catastrophic archival."
Synthetics & Generative Core
The Ecosystem provisions access to autonomous agents ('Gora AI'). You inherently retain copyright mapping of inputs mapped through generative architectures. Utilizing synthetics to orchestrate unlawful cyber protocols breaches Section 3 explicitly. NexusHub voids operational liability for computational hallucinations or logic inaccuracies.
"Gora AI helps you build and write. You completely own its output. However, don't ask it to build malice, and we are not financially liable if it hallucinates terrible code."
Hosting SLAs
Through robust redundant topologies, NexusHub structurally guarantees 99.9% targeted availability epochs globally. The service is computationally supplied 'AS-AVAILABLE'. Hardware disruptions triggered exclusively by third-party backbones or sovereign-scale disasters unconditionally nullify SLA credit reparations via Force Majeure declaration.
"We aggressively engineer for 99.9% uptime natively via the edge. But if deep-ocean internet cables sever entirely (Force Majeure), it's not our fault."
Purge & Termination
Cross-account routing evaluations actively map violation parameters. Direct breach of our operational AUP guarantees immediate instance suspension blocking downstream API egress unconditionally. Voluntary severances transition nodes gracefully, retaining a secured download/archive token strictly active for 30 consecutive earth-rotations.
"You can log off forever. We can kick you out if you disrupt the network laws. Exiting gracefully means you get exactly 30 days to extract your server environments."
Limitation of Liability
Under absolutely no legal interpretation shall Nexus Holdings, edge partners, executives, or computational routing mechanisms map to liability demands incorporating lost macro-economic opportunity. Verified infrastructure failures demanding indemnification uniquely bottleneck payout restitution precisely equivalent to your active historic quarterly billables.
"We are building hyper-advanced architecture. If our system fails and costs your corporation a 2M$ deal, you cannot sue us into the sun. Financial damage mapping caps strictly to the costs you recently paid us."
Dispute resolution
System escalation requires resolving routing logic legally physically inside the structural jurisdiction dictating API flow logic mapped under Tanzania Information Framework Codes (Arbitration block 71b).
